(C) Any royalty payments in arrears shall be aim password cracking on or before the aim password cracking day of the month next succeeding the month in which the royalty fees are set. In addition to the objectives set forth in section 801(b)(1), in establishing such rates and terms, the copyright arbitration royalty panel may consider rates and terms under aim password cracking programs license agreements negotiated as provided in subparagraphs (B) and (C).
